Elizabeth was a great realtor to work with from the beginning of the process to the very end and even after the closing. Her communication was excellent, and she responded to any text, email or phone call immediately or very soon after I reached out. She gave us advice on staging the house, she arranged for an outstanding photographer so the house would shine in the listing, and she helped me navigate a tricky issue that resulted in legal work needing to be done as well as excavation work. She was there throughout all of this and was very helpful by being supportive and referring me to professionals who could solve the problems we faced. She also helped us with pricing in the face of changes in the market. Clearly there were challenges in the process, and she was always calm, steady and reassuring. I appreciated her steadfastness. She knows her job inside and out when it comes to all the paperwork that has to be done. She has a good sense of humor, and we had some laughs along the way, too. She’s a good person and a hard-working professional. I would recommend her without reservation.
